Marie has spoken at national-level conferences on the topics of journalism and blogging and is an award-winning social media influencer and mentor for USH organizations who showcase their work in the digital multicultural space such as the ‘American Association of Advertising Agencies,’ ‘Hispanicize,’ and most recently ‘We All Grow.’ Her work has been nominated for a ‘Top Latin Content Marketing Campaign’ in 2016 from Portada’s Latin American Advertising and Media Awards.
She also participated by judging rounds for the Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards in 2016 and 2017.
In 2015 she consulted for multinational company Mondelez formulating and executing an integrated social media campaign for belVita Latino; aimed at building deeper engagement with Hispanics.
The belVita Latino brand increased consumer reach by 80%, and generated over 275 million impressions as a result of their Spanish-language campaign, strategically curated and adapted to the USH market.
